Want to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for doing a thoroughly professional mitigation job on our home after the recent sewer back-up in our basement. The basement was a mess with drying sewage and foul odor. The team had great leadership in extracting the carpet, removing drywall, and handling the built-in’s with great care. As well, they cleaned-up and kept materials that could be re-used in great condition in an order so it will be less of a headache on re-building (and keep the cost contained as much as possible).

As I mentioned to you and Tyson a week ago, I have an existing relationship with the contractor that renovated our home in 2001. While I was impressed with your team I feel a loyalty to use him and anticipate no difference in cost. If I have any unanticipated difficulties will reach out for you.
